I was born in Mexico City, the vibrant flavors and colors of the food that surrounded me inspired me to make food my career. I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. I worked in NYC's Michelin Star restaurant Gramercy Tavern before starting my journey as an entrepreneur. I was inspired to create @OneHungryBaker as a way to bring art into the home kitchen! Someone once called my desserts "The Edible Combination of Kandinsky and Rothko" - oh wait, that was me.
